Hernik Sales and Lettings' main asset is the fact, that we have our own, in-house maintenance team that also deals with conversions and refurbishments. This enables us to provide a variety of great value services for our Landlords and contributes to a greater Tenants' satisfaction. In addition, we are multilingual which makes the communication with our Tenants more efficient.
